Refund Policy

1. Services concerned

This policy covers:

• Training
• Coaching
• Seminars
• Consulting assignments
• Compliance diagnostics

2. Refunds

Intangible services, once commenced, are non-refundable.

Booked training courses and coaching sessions are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by the company.

3. Postponements

A postponement is possible, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

4. Cancellation by HODEMIA CONSULTING

In the event of a major unforeseen circumstance, the session may be postponed or fully refunded.
