Fayçal is an experienced executive, trainer, professional coach and teacher-researcher, who has worked in Luxembourg, London, Geneva, San Francisco and Abu Dhabi, with nearly 18 years of experience in leadership, governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and internal control.
He spent over a decade in management positions at EY in Luxembourg, San Francisco, and London, where he led internal audit, governance, and compliance engagements. He also ran a consulting, coaching, and professional training firm in Luxembourg specializing in leadership, governance, risk, compliance, and management. He served as a Director at KPMG Middle East, where he led the Regulatory and Compliance Services department, supporting organizations in the UAE and the Gulf region in strengthening their governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
